Try this chilled strawberry smoothie as a healthy alternative to milkshake. Add a little sugar if you like, but if your strawberries are naturally sweet you won't need it.

Method
- Put the strawberries and yoghurt in a blender and blend until frothy and smooth. Taste and add a little sugar, if desired.
- Pour into serving glasses filled with ice and serve.
